- • As the Clinical Talent Acquisition Sourcing Lead at Expressable, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our passive sourcing strategy, specifically targeting high-caliber Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and other essential clinical professionals. This is a pivotal role within our fully remote healthcare organization, designed to enhance access to care by ensuring we attract and engage the best talent.
- • You will own the end-to-end passive sourcing process, from initial outreach to nurturing candidate relationships, ensuring a consistent and high-quality pipeline for our critical clinical roles. Your expertise will directly contribute to Expressable's mission of transforming care delivery and expanding access to high-quality services.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to lead and mentor the Clinical Talent Sourcer, providing guidance, performance management, and skill development to foster their growth and maximize their effectiveness. You will set the standard for proactive sourcing within the Talent Acquisition team.
- • You will be responsible for directly sourcing candidates in priority clinical markets, leveraging your deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the unique needs of SLPs and other licensed clinicians. This hands-on approach ensures that we are actively engaging with top talent, even those not actively seeking new opportunities.
- • Furthermore, you will empower the broader Talent Acquisition team by training them on advanced passive sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices. This enablement function ensures that the entire team is equipped to identify and engage with top-tier clinicians, fostering a culture of proactive talent acquisition.
- • Your leadership will ensure consistent pipeline quality, robust sourcing performance, and operational rigor. You will be the guardian of our sourcing playbook, ensuring adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement in our outreach and engagement strategies.
- • A critical component of this role is maintaining a candidate experience that is deeply aligned with Expressable’s clinician-first values. Every interaction should reflect our commitment to supporting clinicians and empowering them to achieve their highest potential.
- • You will develop and refine innovative outreach messaging, sequencing, and engagement strategies, meticulously analyzing response and conversion rates to optimize our approach. This data-driven methodology will be key to improving our sourcing effectiveness.
- • Accurate and transparent documentation within our CRM/ATS is paramount. You will ensure clean data and clear pipeline visibility, which are essential for actionable talent analytics and informed decision-making.
- • You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure seamless handoffs of engaged candidates, guaranteeing a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- • Continuous monitoring of pipeline health and sourcing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be your responsibility, allowing you to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- • You will partner cross-functionally with various teams to strengthen our overall sourcing strategy and articulate Expressable’s compelling clinician value proposition. Understanding and communicating what makes Expressable an exceptional place for clinicians to work is vital.
- • You will drive KPI accountability, reporting consistency, and process discipline across all outbound recruiting efforts, ensuring that our sourcing activities are both effective and efficient.
- • You will be expected to surface potential pipeline risks, identify critical talent gaps, and provide valuable market insights to leadership, accompanied by proactive and strategic recommendations.
- • Consistently modeling and promoting Expressable’s clinician-first approach in all candidate interactions is non-negotiable, reinforcing our core values and brand identity.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
- • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on proactive/passive sourcing.
- • Demonstrated success sourcing for licensed clinicians (e.g., SLPs) or other hard-to-fill healthcare roles across multiple markets.
- • Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a sourcer or recruiter (formal people management preferred but not required).
- • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and experience leveraging sourcing tools, boolean search, and talent databases.
