- ⢠As a Clinical Team Lead Sr at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of case management services across multiple business lines by supervising and training teams of colleagues at client locations.
- ⢠Day to day, you will plan staffing needs including succession and bench-strength, establish business plans with goals and objectives, develop policies and procedures for compliance with best practices and regulations, supervise and review the work of assigned staff on-site at client locations, manage budgets to achieve financial goals, act as a liaison between telephonic and onsite case management, participate in account support and management, provide expertise in client-specific case management requirements and union involvement, offer medical and product support to staff, support quality programs, and travel as required.
