📋 Description

• • The Clinical Trial Manager serves as the clinical trial lead responsible for the planning, conduct, and oversight of the operational portion of clinical studies per defined scope of work, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary clinical point of contact with clients, developing study-related documents (clinical plans, ICF templates, CRF guidelines), identifying training needs for CRAs and vendors, generating site lists, driving feasibility processes, developing recruitment/retention strategies, leading internal team meetings, managing eTMF implementation, overseeing regulatory submissions, monitoring study timelines via metric reporting, managing investigational product processes, supporting audit preparations, and collaborating on CAPA plans and vendor management.
