- • As a Clinical Trial Manager for Precision Medicine Group, you will lead clinical operations across Latin America, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while driving study execution in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
- • Day to day, you will own the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical studies, develop country-level recruitment strategies, lead feasibility and site start-up, guide monitoring and quality strategies, mentor CRAs and partners, manage eTMF implementation, generate metric reporting, oversee IP accountability, and collaborate on CAPA plans and vendor management.
