  • • Lead Airalo's partnership efforts across four key streams: Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales, and Corporate Sales for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).
  • • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue in the APAC market.
  • • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including telecom operators, mobile network operators, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership initiatives.
  • • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand Airalo's presence in the APAC market.
  • • Develop and manage partnership agreements, contracts, and other related documents.
  • • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partnership strategies and decisions.
  • • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and market shifts to ensure Airalo remains competitive and compliant.
  • • Foster a culture of partnership and collaboration within the organization, promoting a customer-centric approach to partnership development.
  • • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on partnership performance, progress, and opportunities.
  • • Work closely with the global partnerships team to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
  • • Develop and manage the partnership budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field.
  • • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
  • • Strong understanding of the APAC market, including its dynamics, trends, and key players.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • • Ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
  • • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.
