  • • As a Clinical Trials Project Manager at Labcorp, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the successful execution of clinical trial projects, ensuring seamless delivery from initiation to completion.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously align study specifications and deliverables with the intricate requirements of clients, the scientific protocol, and internal operational standards, guaranteeing adherence to the highest quality benchmarks.
  • • You will be the central point of coordination for a diverse array of cross-functional activities, encompassing the critical aspects of logistics, specimen management, data management, and the complex operations of our laboratories.
  • • A key facet of your role involves proactively directing timelines and identifying resource needs in close collaboration with relevant internal departments, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient utilization.
  • • You will be entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that all validation and quality control requirements are rigorously met and comprehensively documented in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and you will be responsible for obtaining all necessary internal and client approvals.
  • • Organizing and leading client meetings and training sessions will be a core duty, requiring you to maintain complete and accurate documentation of all training activities, fostering a well-informed and engaged client base.
  • • You will provide essential day-to-day project management, facilitating smooth operations through effective internal and external coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • • You will manage manual invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project deliverables and client agreements, contributing to the financial health of the projects.
  • • Collaboration with the Quality Assurance team during audits, inspections, and other QA/QC activities will be a regular part of your role, requiring you to respond promptly and thoroughly to information requests.
  • • You are expected to complete all tasks in strict compliance with SOPs and company policies, and to diligently maintain all required training documentation, upholding Labcorp's commitment to quality and regulatory adherence.
  • • You will actively support process improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and contribute to the development or review of SOPs, driving continuous enhancement of our operational frameworks.
