- • The Clinical Vendor Manager - FSP role at Parexel International Corporation is a fully remote position responsible for independently managing all vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials to ensure study outcomes are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and performance standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include close collaboration with study team leads, reviewing vendor-related protocol sections, managing vendor interfaces, supporting contract negotiations and amendments, overseeing cost control and invoice reconciliation, ensuring vendor service excellence, coordinating vendor kick-off meetings, optimizing study start-up processes, and performing user-acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT systems.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global clinical vendor management, regulatory compliance (GxP/ICH), clinical trial design alignment with supplier needs, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning you as a key influencer in study delivery and vendor performance excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in clinical operations and vendor management
- • Excellent knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations
- • Very good knowledge of clinical trial design and mapping to supplier requirements
- • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for eCOA and IRT systems
- • Background in site collaboration and site activation
- • Expertise in vendor management including outsourcing, contracting, sourcing, and oversight of clinical services
