- • Join Epiq Systems, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, a pivotal role designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and compliance through innovative technology solutions.
- • This position is instrumental in the successful implementation of CLM projects, requiring a proactive approach to understanding client needs, meticulously analyzing existing contract management processes, and contributing significantly to the design, configuration, and deployment of robust CLM platforms.
- • You will act as a key liaison, bridging the gap between client business objectives and technical CLM solutions, ensuring that the deployed systems not only meet but exceed expectations for performance and user adoption.
- • A core aspect of this role involves deep engagement with stakeholders across various client organizations. You will conduct in-depth interviews, facilitate workshops, and lead discussions to elicit, document, and rigorously validate business requirements for CLM initiatives.
- • Your ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of diverse client contract management workflows – from initial creation and negotiation through to approval, execution, and ongoing management – will be critical in identifying opportunities for significant automation and process optimization.
- • As a trusted advisor, you will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements, ensuring alignment with the client's overarching strategic goals and compliance mandates.
- • You will be tasked with analyzing current-state contract lifecycle processes, meticulously mapping out existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas ripe for improvement.
- • Collaboration with clients will extend to designing future-state processes, leveraging industry best practices to create optimized CLM workflows that are both scalable and compliant with relevant regulations.
- • The creation and presentation of detailed process maps, comprehensive functional specifications, and thorough solution documentation will be essential for securing stakeholder buy-in and ensuring clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve the hands-on configuration of CLM systems. This includes the precise setup of workflows, the development and standardization of contract templates, the definition and management of metadata structures, and the creation of insightful reporting dashboards tailored to client needs.
- • You will work in close partnership with technical teams, providing essential oversight and validation for any necessary customizations, system integrations, and data migration efforts that are integral to a successful CLM implementation.
- • Your role will extend to supporting rigorous testing phases. This involves developing comprehensive test cases, coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and proactively troubleshooting any issues to guarantee the highest level of solution quality and user satisfaction.
- • To ensure seamless adoption, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training materials, user guides, and clear process documentation that empower end-users to effectively leverage the new CLM solution.
- • Conducting engaging training sessions and workshops will be key to familiarizing users with new processes, streamlined workflows, and the full spectrum of system functionalities.
- • Post-go-live, you will serve as a primary point of contact for user support, adeptly addressing queries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for ongoing system enhancements and optimizations.
- • Continuous improvement is a vital component of this role. You will monitor the performance of deployed CLM solutions, actively solicit and analyze user feedback, and formulate recommendations for iterative enhancements.
- • You will leverage the data generated by the CLM system to derive meaningful insights into contract performance, cycle times, compliance adherence, and risk mitigation.
- • The ability to translate this data into actionable reports and clear dashboards for stakeholders will be crucial in demonstrating the tangible business impact of the CLM solution and its contribution to achieving key business objectives.
- • This role requires flexibility to work on US hours to effectively collaborate with global teams and clients.
