📋 Description

• • As a Closing Coordinator at Extend Your Team, LLC, you will play a critical role in streamlining the consumer credit experience by bridging third-party vendors and customers during the loan closing process, ensuring seamless, accurate, and timely interactions that support our mission to reduce the cost of capital through innovative financial technology.
• • Day to day, you will respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and other support platforms; document and log customer feedback, complaints, and compliments; guide users through application flows when needed; and track customer experiences across online and offline channels using CRM systems, dashboards, and logs.
• • You will join a well-capitalized, mission-driven team of technology and finance veterans from companies like Square, Microsoft, Facebook, Discover, CapitalOne, and Goldman Sachs, backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund and Sequoia, who are building infrastructure-level financial products that empower consumers.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in loan origination, document handling, and title processes while refining your communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment that values speed, rigor, and minimalism.
