  • • Alteryx is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketplace Operations Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role is instrumental in establishing and scaling Alteryx's transactable Marketplace, a critical platform designed to showcase and support verified add-ons developed by Alteryx and its partners. The primary objective is to accelerate customer outcomes by making Alteryx solutions easy to buy, deploy, and renew through cloud channels, transforming our marketplaces into a predictable and robust revenue engine rather than an ad-hoc process. This is a unique opportunity for an operator-builder to own the end-to-end mechanics of transactions across major cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks, ensuring seamless offer creation, approvals, SKU-to-entitlement mapping, provisioning automation, and stringent controls.
  • • In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining the repeatable processes that enable sales teams (AEs) and partners to effectively transact through the marketplace. This includes developing comprehensive playbooks, FAQs, and runbooks that guide users through the entire process. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining essential documentation such as SKU guides, offer templates, approval workflows, and detailed launch checklists. A key aspect of your responsibility will be to define and implement region-specific processes, clearly outlining who initiates, approves, books, provisions, and supports marketplace transactions, ensuring global consistency and efficiency. Furthermore, you will manage the configuration and ongoing operation of both public and private offers across all supported marketplaces. A significant part of your contribution will involve standardizing packaging for Alteryx One offers, AI Data Kits, services attachments, and renewals, often using a "T-shirt sizing" approach (S/M/L) for simplicity and scalability. You will also drive the automation of manual steps within the deal cycle, aiming to significantly reduce touchpoints from initial intake through approvals, offer creation, and final fulfillment, thereby streamlining the customer journey and improving operational efficiency.
  • • A crucial component of this role involves owning the technical integration and provisioning processes. You will be responsible for meticulously mapping Marketplace SKUs to Alteryx One entitlements and any associated add-on entitlements, ensuring that every transaction translates correctly into customer access and functionality. You will ensure that the provisioning process accurately triggers downstream access, usage metering, and customer onboarding workflows, preventing any gaps or errors. Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams will be essential to proactively prevent and swiftly resolve any breakages that may occur in fulfillment, entitlement management, metering, or renewal flows, maintaining the integrity and reliability of the marketplace ecosystem. Beyond operational execution, you will be instrumental in establishing robust data tracking and control mechanisms. This includes instrumenting the sales funnel to capture key metrics such as offer status, cycle times, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, attach rates, and leakage. You will create vital feedback loops to the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, providing insights on pricing leaks, offer cannibalization, and discount adherence, helping to maintain pricing integrity and profitability. Critically, you will be responsible for surfacing potential risks early, identifying when marketplace mechanics might threaten margins, compliance, or adherence to architectural guardrails, enabling proactive mitigation strategies.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by tangible improvements in key operational metrics. Specifically, you will focus on reducing the end-to-end cycle time for both private and public offers, from initial request to being fully transactable. You will also drive measurable quarter-over-quarter growth in marketplace-sourced revenue and partner-led revenue, demonstrating the increasing impact of the marketplace on Alteryx's top line. Fulfillment accuracy is paramount, with the goal of achieving zero manual cleanups post-provisioning and ensuring clean entitlement and metering processes. Furthermore, you will champion global repeatability, ensuring that templates and processes are effectively reused across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, avoiding the need for region-specific reinvention and fostering a unified approach to marketplace operations.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the forefront of data platforms, analytics, and AI, directly shaping how Alteryx integrates into enterprise cloud procurement and deployment pathways. You will have a direct impact on accelerating partner velocity, enhancing seller productivity, and reducing customer time-to-value by establishing the marketplace as the preferred and default route-to-market.
