  • • As a Cloud Partner Sales Manager at Coder Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging the strategic partnership with AWS, one of the company’s most critical alliances. This position is essential for expanding Coder’s market reach through co-selling initiatives, ensuring that joint solutions are effectively positioned and delivered to enterprise customers. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to scale its AI-powered software development platform via trusted partner ecosystems.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, you will integrate AWS into regional sales campaigns by aligning AWS account managers and solution architects with Coder’s sales and pre-sales teams to identify and pursue joint opportunities. You will create Coder champions by designing and executing partner awareness and enablement campaigns that educate AWS field teams on Coder’s value proposition. You will generate qualified opportunities through AWS-sourced leads, track pipeline progression, and ensure alignment with regional revenue goals. Additionally, you will connect partners to active deals, enable internal field teams with partner-specific resources, and scale successful plays across regions to maximize partnership ROI.
  • • Coder is an innovative AI software development company at the forefront of autonomous coding, empowering teams to build software faster, more securely, and at scale through the collaboration of AI coding agents and human developers. The company’s self-hosted Cloud Development Environment (CDE) serves as the foundation for deploying agentic AI in enterprise settings, providing secure, standardized, and governed workspaces that accelerate innovation while maintaining compliance and control. Coder’s platform improves productivity, reduces cloud costs, and minimizes data risks, enabling developers to adopt AI at their own pace using familiar tools.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic cloud partnerships, particularly with hyperscalers like AWS, and refine your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will gain experience in building and scaling partner programs from the ground up, honing your skills in enablement, campaign execution, and revenue attribution. Success in this position will position you as a key driver of go-to-market strategy, with opportunities to influence partnership direction and contribute to Coder’s growth as a leader in AI-driven software development.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and/or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and generating new business through strategic partnerships
  • • Demonstrated experience building and growing successful relationships with cloud hyperscalers, specifically AWS, including engagement with account managers and solution architects
  • • Ability to understand complex sales processes, build consensus, and develop relationships at multiple levels across partner and internal teams
