📋 Description

• • Support customer-facing technical discussions by clearly explaining complex cloud architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• • Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to translate customer technical requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-based solutions
• • Plan, configure, and support cloud deployments of Genedata’s biopharma platform in customer environments, ensuring alignment with infrastructure, security, and operational standards
• • Contribute to IT infrastructure validation activities at customer sites to ensure solutions meet regulatory, internal, and client compliance requirements
• • Design, develop, and evolve secure, highly available AWS cloud architectures for Genedata’s enterprise applications with a focus on resilience and operational excellence
• • Collaborate with Operational IT and Product teams to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and supportability in regulated biopharma environments
• • Create and communicate clear architecture, network, and deployment diagrams to effectively convey technical solutions to diverse stakeholders
• • Apply deep expertise in AWS infrastructure services including networking, compute, storage, identity and access management, and security to design customer-specific solutions
• • Ensure all cloud deployments adhere to best practices for security, compliance, performance, and operational readiness in enterprise and regulated settings
• • Drive adoption of technical standards and cloud best practices across customer engagements and internal delivery teams
• • Engage directly with global biopharmaceutical, biotech, and contract research organizations to enable successful implementation of Genedata’s data- and AI-driven platforms
• • Maintain hands-on involvement in deployment processes, configuration automation, and troubleshooting of distributed production environments
• • Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Danaher Business System to enhance cloud delivery efficiency and customer outcomes
• • Work remotely as part of an international team, providing technical leadership in cloud architecture for life sciences and diagnostics customers
• • Ensure all solutions are designed with regulatory compliance in mind, particularly for environments subject to FDA, EMA, or other global biopharma regulations
• • Act as a technical bridge between customer IT environments and Genedata’s cloud-based software platform, facilitating seamless integration and operational stability
• • Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of AWS services to optimize cost, performance, and security for enterprise clients
• • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AWS infrastructure advancements and apply them to improve Genedata’s cloud delivery capabilities
• • Deliver technical guidance during all phases of customer implementation, from initial assessment through post-deployment support
