  • • Serve as a Strategic Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise-level accounts within the lodging industry.
  • • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting hotel chains, resort operators, and hospitality groups to adopt the FreedomPay Commerce Platform for payments, security, identity, and data analytics solutions.
  • • Conduct end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal negotiation, and closing deals with C-suite and procurement leaders in lodging enterprises.
  • • Leverage deep understanding of the lodging industry’s payment infrastructure challenges, including compliance with PCI DSS, EMV, and Point-to-Point Encryption standards, to position FreedomPay as the industry-leading solution.
  • • Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of FreedomPay’s unified technology stack across in-store, online, and mobile environments.
  • • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through targeted outreach, industry events, and relationship-building with key decision-makers in the global lodging sector.
  • • Utilize FreedomPay’s rapid API adoption capabilities to tailor integrations that meet the unique operational needs of lodging clients, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • • Represent FreedomPay at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to reinforce brand authority and thought leadership in secure, scalable commerce solutions for hospitality.
  • • Track and report on sales metrics, forecast accuracy, and account health using CRM systems to align with company-wide growth objectives.
  • • Work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a business casual culture, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere focused on innovation and client success.
  • • Maintain compliance with all security protocols and uphold FreedomPay’s world-class security environment as a trusted partner to enterprise clients.
  • • Support cross-functional initiatives to refine sales collateral, messaging, and product positioning based on real-world client feedback and market trends in lodging technology.
  • • Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing lodging accounts using FreedomPay’s integrated solutions.
  • • Stay current on evolving payment regulations, emerging technologies in hospitality tech, and competitive landscape developments to maintain a strategic edge in sales execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise SaaS or payment technology sales, preferably within the hospitality, lodging, or retail verticals
  • • Deep understanding of PCI DSS, EMV, and Point-to-Point Encryption standards in payment processing
  • • Experience selling complex, multi-platform technology solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams
  • • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management
  • • Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
