You will own the full learning system from first insight to lasting habit, ensuring each touchpoint (video, AI chat, ritual, community nudge) ladders up to one measurable outcome: the user becomes who they said they wanted to be.
- • You will co-create cinematic, science-backed courses with world-class performers—Olympians, billion-dollar founders, hostage negotiators—translating their tacit genius into a 6-week narrative arc that feels like a Netflix series married to a Stanford lab. You will script every beat: the cliff-hanger opening that spikes dopamine, the deliberate difficulty spike that triggers desirable struggle, the AI-generated reflection that lands the insight at 3 a.m. when the user is most vulnerable to change.
- • You will design and refine AI Agents that converse like the best coach the user never had. You will write prompt chains that feel so human users forget they are texting code. You will A/B test micro-shifts in tone—"What did you feel?" vs. "What are you feeling?"—and measure cortisol drop or completion lift. You will feed conversation logs into behavioral models, then re-inject the insights back into the product the same day.
- • You will obsessively measure transformation, not completion. You will define KPIs such as Identity Shift Score, Daily Practice Streak, and Net Emotional Promoter Score. You will run qualitative user interviews every Friday, quantitative funnel analysis every Monday, and ship iterative improvements every Wednesday. You will treat learning like growth hacking: hypothesis, experiment, learn, scale.
- • You will weave neuroscience, behavioral design, and storytelling into every asset. You will storyboard a 3-minute micro-lesson the way Pixar storyboards a scene—ensuring the inciting incident lands at second 7, the mirror moment at second 42, and the dopaminergic reward at second 118. You will source binaural beats, cinematic scores, and haptic cues to anchor emotional peaks to neural pathways.
- • You will collaborate daily with filmmakers, psychologists, engineers, and data scientists in a remote-first, asynchronous culture that moves at sprint speed. You will pitch new course concepts in Loom videos, defend learning architectures in Notion specs, and ship Figma prototypes that engineers can turn into live features within 72 hours. You will celebrate launches in our Dubai rooftop office and debrief failures in candid retros where every metric is visible to the entire company.
- • You will contribute to the 100 000 Dreams Wall—our living monument to lives rewritten.
