  • • Coach, Virtual Connect - Bilingual role at BMO focused on training and mentoring employees to develop core capabilities for the Virtual Connect environment, driving revenue, sales, productivity, and enhanced customer experience.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor, influencing and negotiating to achieve business objectives, recommending and implementing solutions based on analysis, assisting in strategic plan development, providing coaching support during and after training, identifying emerging trends, supporting strategic initiative execution, conducting independent analysis, building stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, breaking down strategic problems with data insights, monitoring performance, building change management plans, leading communication planning, providing input into operational programs, executing work to deliver timely service, supporting employees with product knowledge and skill development, troubleshooting and resolving issues per policies, providing on-the-job training and coaching, reviewing work outputs, enforcing operational standards, protecting bank assets, complying with regulatory requirements, providing specialized consulting, exercising judgment to solve problems, working independently on non-routine situations, and applying BMO’s Risk Management Framework.
  • • The role sits within BMO’s Human Resources job family group and operates fully virtually across 9 locations, requiring availability Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm EST.
  • • The person in this role can develop deep expertise in BMO banking products and sales/service operations, refine advanced coaching and influence skills, strengthen data-driven decision-making, gain experience in strategic planning and change management, and grow leadership capabilities within a major financial institution committed to inclusive growth and innovation.
