- • Lead the global collections function for Keyloop within a centralized Shared Services model based in Prague, overseeing end-to-end strategy, operational execution, and team performance across all regions.
- • Develop and implement a standardized, scalable collections operating model that ensures consistent processes, improved cash flow, and reduced bad debt exposure worldwide.
- • Own the collections strategy aligned with company financial goals, focusing on maximizing cash collection outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- • Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer teams to identify and mitigate customer credit risk, resolve billing and payment disputes, and improve working capital efficiency.
- • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to accounts receivable, days sales outstanding (DSO), collection effectiveness, and bad debt trends to drive data-informed decisions.
- • Manage and mentor a global collections team, setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- • Collaborate with technology and data teams to leverage Keyloop’s platform capabilities in automating collections workflows, enhancing reporting accuracy, and enabling proactive customer engagement.
- • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and internal controls across all regions where Keyloop operates.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on collections performance, presenting regular reports on cash collection trends, risk exposure, and operational improvements.
- • Identify opportunities to streamline collections processes through automation, policy refinement, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- • Proactively address emerging credit risks by working with Sales to adjust credit terms, implement payment plans, and escalate high-risk accounts in a timely manner.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer payment histories, dispute resolutions, and collection activities within Keyloop’s financial systems.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce aging receivables, minimize write-offs, and enhance customer satisfaction during collections interactions.
- • Support global expansion efforts by adapting collections processes to new markets while maintaining operational consistency and financial integrity.
- • Ensure alignment between collections practices and Keyloop’s broader mission of digital transformation in the automotive industry, contributing to improved customer experiences through efficient financial operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing a global or multi-regional collections function within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, credit risk management, and working capital optimization
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a shared services or centralized model
- • Experience using financial systems and data analytics tools to track and improve collections KPIs
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for resolving complex customer disputes and managing sensitive financial conversations
- • Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
