  • • Your primary responsibility will involve proactively contacting patients to discuss and collect on overdue payments, employing a professional and empathetic approach to understand their circumstances and find mutually agreeable solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in processing account adjustments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies, and accurately posting patient payments to maintain precise financial records.
  • • A key aspect of this role is promoting and managing automatic payment plans, educating patients on their benefits and convenience to streamline payment processes and reduce delinquency.
  • • You will also be tasked with establishing structured payment plans for accounts that have fallen past due, working collaboratively with patients to create manageable repayment schedules that align with their financial capabilities and company objectives.
  • • This position requires exceptional communication skills, managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally, always representing AnewHealth with integrity and a commitment to service.
  • • You will serve as a crucial point of contact, ensuring that any patient inquiries or concerns are promptly and accurately routed to the appropriate departments for swift resolution, thereby enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • • A significant part of your role will be to investigate and resolve patient billing issues, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to address discrepancies and ensure patient satisfaction.
