📋 Description
- • As a Collections Specialist with German, you will provide essential support to Tide members by managing arrears in line with Collections Policies, developing successful repayment plans, and updating logs and reports with diligence and documentation.
- • Day to day, you will engage with members at various stages of the collections process, using strong communication and empathy to understand their needs and help them find long-term solutions through effective negotiation and problem-solving.
- • You will join Tide’s dynamic Collections Team in Sofia, Bulgaria, a diverse and passionate group focused on turning around accounts and building lasting customer relationships in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in debt recovery, customer engagement, and financial support processes, while advancing your skills in a company that values determination and offers clear pathways for career growth.
