- • Serve as a Commercial Account Executive responsible for driving enterprise SaaS sales across the Benelux region for Workato, a leader in enterprise iPaaS and AI orchestration trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500.
- • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise customers through outbound and community-driven prospecting strategies in the technology sector.
- • Own end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach to closing deals, leveraging deep understanding of enterprise technology needs and integration platforms.
- • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and VARs (Value-Added Resellers) to expand market reach and drive co-selling opportunities.
- • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management, strategic account planning, and effective negotiation.
- • Utilize Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as primary tools for prospecting, tracking interactions, and managing customer relationships.
- • Operate with autonomy to design and execute sales strategies tailored to the Benelux market, adapting to evolving customer demands and competitive dynamics.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients by articulating Workato’s value proposition in unifying data, applications, processes, and AI on a single governed platform.
- • Navigate complex enterprise environments to identify decision-makers, influence procurement processes, and overcome objections with resilience and tenacity.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with company growth objectives and customer outcomes.
- • Maintain a strong moral compass and ethical approach in all client interactions, ensuring transparency and integrity in business conduct.
- • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining focus on long-term relationship building over short-term transactions.
- • Demonstrate a hunter mentality with proactive outreach, relentless follow-up, and a drive to create new opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
- • Contribute to shaping the company’s sales playbook in the region by identifying best practices, documenting successful approaches, and mentoring new hires.
- • Represent Workato at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and market credibility in the Benelux region.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of enterprise automation trends, AI integration use cases, and competitive landscape to position Workato effectively in the market.
- • Be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with the ability to travel locally and regionally to meet clients and partners as needed.
