🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in commercial sales targeting organizations with fewer than 1,000 employees, with a proven track record of closing complex deals in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
  • • Demonstrated success in selling to small and medium enterprises, particularly engaging senior-level executives and navigating multi-departmental sales cycles.
  • • Strong consultative selling skills, including the ability to uncover customer needs, align solutions to business outcomes, and deliver compelling, customized presentations and demonstrations.
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience managing high-stakes conversations and building lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals and revenue targets, supported by disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, including leveraging data to track sales metrics, forecast opportunities, and maintain detailed interaction records.
  • • Knowledge of open-source software, APIs, or infrastructure software is highly advantageous.
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, taking ownership of your sales territory and adapting quickly to changing market dynamics and internal priorities.
  • • Analytical and strategic thinking, with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities, develop account plans, and devise actionable strategies to capitalize on market trends.
