Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As the Partnerships Manager for the US and UK markets at Lemlist SAS, you will be responsible for building and scaling a new Solutions Partner motion from the ground up, focusing on RevOps and CRM agencies that implement and embed lemlist and Claap into client revenue stacks, driving long-term value through infrastructure-level adoption rather than transactional use.
- • You will hunt, qualify, and onboard RevOps consultants, CRM integrators, and IT service firms that advise mid-market sales teams, prioritizing depth over breadth to build a high-quality partner ecosystem capable of generating $1M+ in ARR within the first year.
- • You will enable partners by creating and delivering training, certification programs, co-selling guides, and pitch decks, ensuring they are equipped to successfully sell, implement, and support both lemlist and Claap as a unified offering.
- • You will manage partner pipeline, track ARR with proper attribution, drive expansion within partner accounts, and feed insights back into product, pricing, and program strategy to continuously improve the partner motion.
- • You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams to align on go-to-market efforts, ensuring partners are supported throughout the customer lifecycle and that partner-sourced opportunities are effectively converted and expanded.
- • You will help define and document the US/UK partner playbook, establishing repeatable workflows for enablement, activation, and growth, setting the foundation for a scalable, world-class partner program as the first hire in this function.
- • You will develop deep expertise in both lemlist and Claap, understanding their positioning, technical integration points, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits to partners and train them on co-selling strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Channel, Partnerships, or SaaS Sales with a proven track record of building pipeline from scratch, not just managing existing accounts.
- • Demonstrated success in recruiting and activating partners, with the ability to distinguish between a signed agreement and a truly productive, revenue-generating partner relationship.
- • Strong enablement skills: capable of creating pitch decks, delivering training sessions, and writing co-selling guides independently and proactively.
- • Comfortable with outbound prospecting into RevOps/CRM integrator firms and IT service companies, capable of initiating conversations without relying on inbound leads.
- • CRM-fluent and data-driven mindset: experienced in tracking attribution, partner-sourced pipeline, NRR, and using data to surface actionable insights.
- • Native or near-native English proficiency (required for US/UK engagement); French language skills are a plus due to the company’s geographic mix.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to own and build the US/UK Solutions Partner playbook from scratch as the first hire in this newly created function, with clear trajectory for growth and impact.
- • High-ownership, high-accountability role at a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company with $35M ARR and $150M valuation, trusted by 40,000+ sales teams globally.
- • Exposure to a multi-geo environment (US, UK, France, DACH, Benelux, Nordics) from day one, working with a globally distributed team and diverse partner ecosystem.
