  • • As a Commercial Account Executive at Drata, you will drive new business growth by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, directly contributing to the company’s mission of helping organizations earn and maintain user trust through compliance automation.
  • • Day to day, you will generate and manage pipeline through outbound efforts, lead consultative discovery with senior stakeholders, execute disciplined sales processes, deliver tailored presentations, collaborate cross-functionally, and share market insights to refine product and messaging.

  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, master consultative selling techniques, strengthen your ability to navigate complex buying committees, and grow your career through equity ownership, professional development stipends, and exposure to hyper-growth operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B SaaS sales role, including at least 2 years as a quota-carrying new business closer
  • • Proven track record of quota overattainment, pipeline generation, or top performer recognition in prior sales roles
  • • Experience selling into security, compliance, risk, or adjacent technical buyers (nice to have)
