- • As a Commercial Account Executive at Gong.io Ltd., you will play a key role in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, using creative and strategic approaches to win net new business in the Nordics region.
- • Day to day, you will manage prospects from lead to close, deliver exceptional customer experiences, articulate Gong’s value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm, cultivate lasting customer relationships, run and implement pilot programs, and maintain weekly sales forecasts to achieve quarterly quotas.
- • You will join a high-performing, innovative sales team at Gong, a company trusted by over 5,000 global organizations to transform revenue teams through its AI-powered Revenue Intelligence platform, where transparency, trust, and impact are core values and every individual has the opportunity to make a visible difference.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your enterprise sales expertise, master complex deal navigation, become a trusted strategic partner to sales leaders, and grow your career in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that rewards curiosity, grit, and initiative.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant closing experience, including prior outbound SDR/BDR experience
- • Previous SaaS and enterprise software sales experience
- • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Experience selling platform solutions
- • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized mindset
- • Ability to thrive as both a self-starter and team player in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
