  • • As a Commercial Account Manager at InfluxData, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic commercial team, entrusted with nurturing and expanding a dedicated portfolio of approximately 40 customer accounts. Your primary mission will be to ensure exceptional customer retention and satisfaction, while simultaneously identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and possesses a keen eye for identifying growth potential within existing accounts.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, guiding them through the renewal process with a deep understanding of their evolving needs and commercial expectations. This involves proactive engagement, ensuring all customer requirements are met, and facilitating timely check-ins to maintain alignment and foster long-term partnerships.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will be to actively seek out and implement strategies for account expansion. This means delving into the unique challenges and objectives of each client to uncover new use cases and identify departments or teams that could benefit from InfluxData's advanced capabilities. Your ability to articulate the value proposition of our time-series platform will be crucial in driving this growth.
  • • Building and maintaining robust, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of your accounts is paramount. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing, to create a seamless and highly valuable customer experience.
