- • The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing a book of existing commercial customers, driving revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals via direct sales and partnership development, ensuring customers are on a path to success.
- • Day to day, the role involves engaging with commercial accounts to identify expansion opportunities, managing the full sales cycle for renewals and add-ons, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in commercial account management or B2B sales with a track record of driving upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
- • Strong understanding of data integration, data engineering, or related SaaS technology solutions
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales forecasting methodologies
- • Ability to work hybrid in Hyderabad with minimum 4 days per week in the office
- • Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
