Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Own a territory from day one and drive real revenue by building outbound pipeline from scratch in a new market through multi-channel sequences
- • Work live enterprise sales cycles alongside experienced Account Executives, supporting RFP responses, proposals, and competitive positioning
- • Plan and execute C-suite events including dinners, roundtables, and CFO leadership series to build relationships with senior buyers
- • Transition into a full closing role with your own quota and territory within 3–12 months based on performance and starting level
- • Operate as the GM of your own market, making autonomous decisions to expand presence and accelerate growth
- • Engage directly with enterprise clients across industries including technology, finance, and retail, such as Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons
- • Participate in a structured early-career GTM program designed to accelerate commercial skills faster than any other program
- • Receive direct mentorship from senior leadership including the CCO and founders with proven track records scaling startups like Tessian
- • Contribute to Omnea’s rapid growth as the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and #1 Best Medium-Sized Tech Company to Work for in the UK
- • Work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the New York office to foster collaboration and company culture during this critical growth phase
- • Receive competitive geo-localised compensation with OTE ranging from $130k (Level I) to $150k (Level III) based on prior experience
- • Be evaluated on potential and performance, not pedigree — no prior sales experience required if you demonstrate commercial sharpness and hunger to win
- • Operate in a high-autonomy environment where ambiguity energizes rather than slows progress, and permission is not required to act
- • Build trust quickly and confidently present to C-level executives, holding the room in high-stakes conversations
- • Contribute to a mission-driven company reinventing enterprise procurement through an AI-native platform that eliminates months-long approval cycles
- • Join a team of ex-founders and operators who have built and exited unicorns, shipping world-class products at scale
- • Be part of a culture that values ambition, commercial grit, and building something remarkable — not just supporting it
🎯 Requirements
- • Commercially sharp with a high-achiever mindset and ability to think in first principles
- • Demonstrated hunger to own revenue and build toward leading a team, expanding a market, or starting a company
- • Ability to build trust quickly and confidently engage C-suite executives
- • Willingness to work in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in New York City
- • Competitive background or experience in high-paced environments (e.g., banking, consulting, VC, startup) is a strong plus
- • No prior sales closing experience required for Level I, but some closing experience required for Level III
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive geo-localised compensation with OTE up to $150k based on experience level
- • Access to Omnea’s US Benefits Package including health, wellness, and professional development offerings
- • Opportunity to graduate into a full closing role with own territory and quota within 3–12 months
- • Participation in the Omnea Future Founder’s Fund, supporting employees who want to launch their own companies
