- • As a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster II at Mobilitas (a CSAA Insurance Group company), you will serve as the owning adjuster for complex injury exposures, managing litigated claims from investigation through trial or settlement, including catastrophic injuries and fatalities, with direct authority to resolve claims and control defense costs.
- • You will handle first and third-party auto liability claims involving injury, conduct in-depth investigations (including witness interviews, medical record analysis, and independent medical exam determinations), direct defense counsel on litigation strategy, participate in mediations and settlement conferences, evaluate subrogation potential, and present executive summaries to internal and external stakeholders to align on resolution paths.
- • You will play a key role in mentoring and developing junior adjusters through coaching and training, while managing claims across diverse commercial product types such as auto, fleet, last-mile delivery, and trucking, and adapting to various vehicle types and geographic jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of claims experience, with 4+ years in commercial claims and 2+ years in litigation handling within the P&C insurance industry.
- • BA/BS in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- • Must hold a valid adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain required license(s) within 90 days of hire as a condition of employment.
