- • As a Commercial Insurance Broker on Coverdash’s Core Sales Team, you will focus exclusively on new business sales by managing warm inbound leads from embedded partnerships, quoting and placing commercial P&C insurance for small and medium-sized businesses, and building foundational expertise in underwriting and placement—no cold calling or policy servicing required.
- • Day to day, you will own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to bind, manage 25–50 warm opportunities daily, advise SMB clients on coverage options and basic risk management, quote and place admitted commercial products using Coverdash’s quoting platform and AMS, partner with carriers to secure appropriate solutions, and continuously expand your knowledge of carrier guidelines and underwriting fundamentals to improve close rates.
