- • As Commercial Lead for UK & Ireland at Diversey (a Solenis Company), you will drive commercial performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead a high‑performing national accounts team in a remote‑based role with extensive travel.
- • You will own and execute the UK&I commercial plan to deliver revenue, margin and profitable growth; embed a disciplined operating model across Sales and Service; set direction for Heads of Department; lead retention and churn reduction efforts; own annual price increase delivery; ensure the BDM organisation builds and converts a high‑quality pipeline; lead, coach and develop multi‑layer teams across Sales, Service, Inside Sales, National Accounts, Regional Teams and Demand Planning; and drive data‑led performance management using CRM and internal systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior commercial leadership experience across Sales and/or Service organisations
- • Strong track record in retention, growth, price execution and margin management
- • Credible leadership presence with customers; able to influence at executive and operational levels
- • Comfortable operating in a metric‑driven environment (CRM, forecasting, performance cadence)
- • Experience in hygiene, chemicals, solutions‑led B2B or distributor‑led markets
- • Exposure to tendering processes in regulated sectors and building compliant, commercially robust submissions
