  • • Own the global commercial strategy for ZURU’s beauty vertical, driving performance across supply, product, and financials to scale brands like MONDAY Haircare toward $1 billion in retail sales.
  • • Lead execution of commercial plans across global markets, including pricing, trade strategy, demand planning, joint business planning (JBPs), and retailer negotiations, with full accountability for exceeding targets.
  • • Operate within a fast-moving, low-hierarchy environment where data-driven decisions enable rapid action on opportunities and gap closure before they impact momentum.
  • • Report to the Commercial Director for Beauty & Pet, owning end-to-end commercial performance and contributing to the transformation of incubated brands into legacy market leaders.
  • • Collaborate across functions to align supply, innovation, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with ZURU’s mission of disruption through innovation and automation.
  • • Drive impact in a global business scaling rapidly across more than 30 international locations, leveraging ownership and autonomy to shape category dominance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
  • • Strong analytical skills with ability to ground decisions in data, including pricing, demand forecasting, and trade spend optimization.
  • • Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes, including retailer negotiations, joint business planning (JBPs), and supply chain alignment.
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and exceed targets in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for influencing cross-functional and global teams.
