- • This Commercial Lines Account Manager role is critical to delivering seamless, high-touch service for mid-sized commercial clients, ensuring accurate policy management and strong client relationships that directly support the agency’s growth and reputation in Northern Arizona.
- • You will serve as a trusted operational partner to producers and commercial lines managers, handling end-to-end account servicing with precision and responsiveness to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing accurate insurance applications using underwriting details from producers, collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on deadlines and projects, and coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely execution.
- • You will support marketing efforts by assisting with market selection and outreach alongside your Account Executive, follow up with carriers for quotations, and ensure timely proposal development.
- • You will create and revise proposals based on Account Executive direction and client meetings, verify consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals, and assist producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs.
- • You will manage certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks, review endorsements for accuracy, and process auto ID cards to maintain compliance and service excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Arizona
- • Minimum 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience
- • Proven experience servicing contractor and construction-related accounts
- • Strong understanding of policy coverage, endorsements, and renewals
- • Highly proficient in issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) accurately and efficiently
- • Detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
