- • The Commercial Programs Manager is a senior individual contributor and cross-functional leader responsible for designing and executing programs and operational infrastructure that power the Sales and BDR teams, directly supporting Bonterra’s mission to increase the giving rate as a percentage of GDP from 2% to 3% by 2033.
- • Day to day, the role involves defining commercial program strategy, designing program components and cadences, managing the Commercial Programs calendar, monitoring team capacity, creating and optimizing cadence content, analyzing performance data, enabling cross-functional initiatives, championing AI integration, maintaining documentation, identifying best practices, and developing process automations across the sales technology stack.
- • The Commercial Programs Team sits at the intersection of sales strategy, marketing alignment, and revenue operations within Bonterra Tech Holdings LLC, a company that provides end-to-end solutions to over 20,000 customers, including 16,000+ nonprofits and 50% of Fortune 100 companies, with a mission-driven culture focused on social good and inclusive innovation.
- • In this role, the person will develop strategic and tactical expertise in sales enablement, revenue operations, and AI-driven program optimization; gain deep experience in cross-functional leadership; master cadence design and analytics; and contribute to scalable systems that enhance sales productivity and impact at a mission-driven technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial programs, or a related role.
- • Demonstrated experience managing outbound programs, cadence design, or sales engagement platforms at scale.
- • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Salesloft, 6Sense, Salesforce, Confluence, and Clay.
- • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including inbound and outbound motion design for both Sales and BDR functions.
- • Proven ability to operate in a cross-functional capacity, partnering with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams.
- • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and a mindset oriented toward leveraging automation and AI to scale program impact.
