📋 Description

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate assets, playing a critical role in high-value transactions that drive investment outcomes.
• Negotiate and structure transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, managing end-to-end deal execution with precision and strategic insight.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and developers to expand the firm’s network and secure repeat business.
• Provide valuation guidance, market insights, and transaction strategies to inform client decisions and optimize asset positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive processes and maximize asset value through coordinated efforts.
• Operate as a full-time broker with direct responsibility for client representation and long-term relationship building in the real estate investment community.
• Contribute to firm growth by leveraging market expertise and personal networks to source and close complex deals.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Broker’s License (not agent-level)
• Preferred certifications: CCIM or SIOR
• Demonstrated track record of closing commercial real estate transactions
• Strong network within the investment and development community
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
