- • Support commercial real estate professionals by conducting in-depth property research, preparing lease abstracts, and assisting with underwriting to enable faster, more accurate deal execution in a competitive market.
- • Perform daily tasks including researching properties via CoStar and Crexi, analyzing rent rolls and financial statements, preparing lease abstracts, updating Salesforce CRM, organizing deal documentation, and supporting underwriting models in Excel to ensure seamless transaction workflows.
- • Join a specialized virtual assistant team at Extend Your Team, LLC that partners with U.S.-based commercial listing agents and mortgage brokers, providing critical back-office support that drives deal flow and client satisfaction.
- • Develop advanced expertise in commercial real estate finance, lease analysis, and CRM management while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like CoStar, Crexi, and Salesforce, positioning you for growth in CRE operations or analysis.
- • Contribute to high-stakes transactions by ensuring data accuracy, document integrity, and timely follow-ups, directly impacting closing timelines and broker productivity in the U.S. commercial real estate market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a real estate virtual assistant or in a related commercial real estate, lending, or property management role.
- • Proven ability to read, interpret, and abstract commercial leases (AIR, CAR, custom forms) and produce clear, accurate lease summaries capturing key financial and operational terms.
- • Solid understanding of core underwriting metrics including NOI, DSCR, cap rate, LTV, COC return, and expense ratios, with practical application in Excel-based models.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleanup), Word, Outlook, and PDF tools for document editing and annotation.
- • Hands-on experience with CoStar, Crexi, and Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or RealNex) for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for professional interaction with brokers, lenders, title officers, and escrow agents via email, chat, and video conferencing.
