- • As a Commercial Sales Engineer at Horizon3.ai, you will partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities across small and mid-sized organizations by supporting discovery, demos, and technical evaluations, helping customers proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors before adversaries exploit them using the NodeZero™ platform.
- • You will join customer conversations to understand their infrastructure, security maturity, and business priorities, then translate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical buyers and executive stakeholders, simplifying complex security concepts to build trust and guide conversations.
- • You will deliver powerful demos and proof of value, showcasing how NodeZero identifies real attack paths, validates security controls, and reduces risk, while continuously building expertise in modern cybersecurity concepts, offensive security methodologies, and consultative selling skills through mentorship from experienced professionals.
- • You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience and share market feedback, growing as a trusted advisor who helps move deals forward and establishes yourself as a rising Sales Engineer in one of cybersecurity’s most innovative companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–4 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or another customer-facing technical role
- • Strong interest in cybersecurity and desire to build a long-term career in the space
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
- • High curiosity, coachability, and eagerness to learn
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Based in Chicago or open to relocating there
