- • Lead a high-performing sales team of 7 professionals focused on driving revenue growth within US Commercial accounts (organizations under 1,000 employees), Federal, and SLED entities, ensuring alignment with Redgate’s mission to empower data professionals through innovative database management solutions.
- • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to sales team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration while executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable results.
- • Utilize data-driven methodologies including MEDDPIC, Power BI, and 6sense to forecast deals, analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and build sustainable sales pipelines that meet or exceed forecasted revenue targets.
- • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement, and support end-to-end sales effectiveness.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across internal teams and external clients, acting as a trusted advisor and influencer to drive deal progression and closure.
- • Deliver regular, insightful reporting to executive leadership on sales performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, enabling informed strategic decisions.
- • Champion Redgate’s values of integrity, innovation, and inclusion by modeling ethical behavior, supporting DEIB initiatives, and contributing to a workplace where diverse talent can thrive.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge to refine sales approaches and maintain agility in a fast-paced technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of first-line sales management experience leading teams of 4+ account executives, preferably in the technology or B2B software industry.
- • Proven expertise in coaching sellers, forecasting deals, and applying MEDDPIC sales methodology to advance complex sales cycles involving prospecting, qualification, presentation, and closing.
- • Strong data-driven analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, Power BI, Groove/SalesLoft, and 6sense to track KPIs, optimize performance, and build repeatable sales processes.
- • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of crafting compelling executive-level materials and influencing diverse stakeholders through negotiation and consensus-building.
- • Demonstrated success in selling to Commercial, Federal, and/or SLED entities, with a self-starter mindset, integrity, and passion for fostering high-performance team culture.
