- • As a Commercial Solutions Engineer at CodeRabbit, you will serve as a technical advisor and champion for customers, playing a crucial role in the pre-sales journey by helping them understand and appreciate the value of CodeRabbit’s AI-powered code review platform.
- • You will collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs, deliver compelling demos and Proof of Values (PoVs), respond to security questionnaires, and support smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure successful onboarding.
- • You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide feedback that improves the product experience and contribute to internal tools, documentation, and best practices.
- • You will stay current with industry trends in AI-powered development tools and have opportunities to mentor peers, share knowledge, and grow your technical and customer-facing expertise in a fast-paced, innovative R&D environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- • Working experience with software development tools and platforms
- • Comfortable working with command line
- • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously
