- • As a Commercial Territory Manager for the Nordics at Tenable, you will be the face of Tenable in Denmark and Sweden, driving growth by helping enterprises master Continuous Exposure Management (CEM) through the Tenable One platform. Your role is critical in securing critical infrastructure across IT, Cloud, Identity, and Operational Technology (OT) in one of the world’s most digitally advanced regions.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Commercial segment, travel regularly to meet customers face-to-face for deep-dive workshops, lead consultative engagements around the Tenable One Platform, target Nordic manufacturing and energy sectors to bridge IT/OT convergence, leverage AI tools to identify high-intent accounts, and collaborate with tier-one channel partners (MSPs and VARs) to ensure Day 1 customer value.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, specifically within the Nordic cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure market
- • Passion and drive to achieve, with a mindset focused on solving real customer problems rather than just selling software
- • High EQ and intentional listening skills, with self-awareness to navigate Nordic business culture nuances
- • Cultural fluency in Swedish "Lagom" or Danish "Flat Hierarchy" business culture; professional proficiency in Swedish or Danish highly preferred alongside fluent English
- • Technical curiosity and comfort discussing AI-powered attack path analysis, Zero-Trust architectures, and securing industrial (OT) systems
