- • The NA Territory Partner-Led GTM Leader drives partner strategy, operational excellence, and pipeline growth across the NA Territory Commercial segment, leading key partner-led and distributor-led initiatives to align cross-functional teams against sales and go-to-market priorities.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading strategic initiatives to drive pipeline growth through partner engagement, Sales POD planning, and execution of partner-led sales plays; establishing consistent operating cadences across geographies and subsegments; facilitating cross-POD collaboration by sharing insights and best practices; developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for KPI visibility; partnering with account and ecosystem teams for accurate opportunity tagging; providing structured business reviews; owning Territory Segment KPIs including net-new logo tracking and pipeline analysis; overseeing Territory Management processes like account assignments and opportunity hygiene; and collaborating with CRM Management to enhance the Red Hat Sales Cloud experience.
