- • As a Commercial Title Examiner at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in supporting real estate transactions by examining property titles to ensure legal clarity and insurability, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being a premier title and real estate services provider.
- • Day to day, you will compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to assess title conditions and liabilities, prepare accurate title commitments following company procedures, and communicate findings within your team while working under general supervision.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience in title examination or real estate records
- • Ability to compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine title liabilities and insurability
- • Skill in preparing accurate and comprehensive title commitments per company procedures
- • Capability to follow standard procedures, work under general supervision, and manage individual workload
- • Proficiency in communicating moderately complex information within a team setting
