📋 Description

• Join First American Financial Corporation as a Commercial Title Officer (remote) to support commercial real estate transactions through title searches, record analysis, and documentation review in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Perform or review complete title searches for commercial transactions, analyze records such as liens, judgments, easements, and property surveys, and verify legal descriptions and ownership.

• Develop expertise in commercial title processes, contribute to transaction accuracy and compliance, and grow professionally by guiding others and adapting to evolving technologies and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of commercial title related experience
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
