- • As a Business Development Manager based in Messina, you will drive Deliveroo’s growth by acquiring new restaurant partners and expanding the platform’s local presence in a rapidly evolving market.
- • Your day-to-day will involve mapping and prospecting restaurants, presenting Deliveroo’s value proposition, negotiating partnerships, onboarding new restaurants, and supporting them through the integration process to ensure a smooth launch and ongoing success.
- • You will join a regional sales team focused on scaling Deliveroo’s footprint in Sicily, reporting directly to the Sales Lead and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in B2B sales, partnership management, and the food delivery industry while building a strong network of restaurant owners and contributing to Deliveroo’s mission of transforming how people experience food.
🎯 Requirements
- • Comfortable pursuing new business opportunities with prior sales experience
- • Confident in managing partner/client relationships via in-person, phone, or email interactions
- • Experienced in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to customers
- • Skilled in negotiations and comfortable navigating discussions to close deals
- • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant advantage
- • Tenacious and determined mindset to overcome objections and persist toward goals
🏖️ Benefits
- • National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio e Terziario) with Classification Level 4
- • Total target compensation (OTE) of €35,200 – €44,000 gross per year
- • Base salary range of €17,200 – €26,000, determined by skills, experience, and location
- • Opportunity for contract conversion from fixed-term (1 year) to indefinite
