• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Associate to play a pivotal role in scaling and supporting our vibrant community of Venture Capitalists. In this dynamic position, you will work closely with the Decile Group team to oversee and nurture thousands of venture capital managers across multiple communities. • As a Community Associate, your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You will be instrumental in fostering a thriving and supportive ecosystem for our venture capital managers. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote collaboration among members. You will be the first point of contact for many community members, providing timely and helpful support, answering inquiries, and guiding them through our platform and resources. Your role will involve moderating discussions, ensuring a positive and productive environment, and identifying opportunities to connect members with relevant resources, mentors, or potential collaborators.
• Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation and curation of valuable content for our community, such as newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, highlighting member successes, industry trends, and Decile Group's latest developments. You will also assist in organizing and executing online events, webinars, and workshops designed to educate and empower our community members. Gathering feedback from the community will be crucial; you will actively solicit input on our products and services, identify areas for improvement, and relay this information to the relevant internal teams to drive product development and enhance the overall member experience. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of our offerings.

• Proven experience in community management, preferably within a startup accelerator program, venture capital firm, or a related fast-paced tech environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to foster engagement, moderate discussions, and build strong relationships within online communities.
• Familiarity with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or financial technology is a significant advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in using community management platforms, social media tools, and CRM software.
