  • • As a Community Growth Strategist at GRVT Pte. Ltd., you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing our vibrant Web3 community. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering engagement, driving growth, and translating community sentiment into actionable insights. You will be the voice and architect of our community presence across key platforms like Telegram and Discord, ensuring a dynamic, helpful, and on-brand experience for every member.
  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass the daily stewardship of our community channels. This involves meticulous moderation, proactive engagement, and providing timely support to address common product and campaign-related inquiries. You will be the first line of defense, adeptly answering questions and knowing precisely when to escalate complex issues to the Product, Operations, or Support teams, ensuring seamless resolution and a positive user experience.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves the strategic planning and execution of community touchpoints. You will conceptualize and host engaging events such as Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, community calls, contest announcements, winner recaps, and comprehensive event summaries. These initiatives are crucial for fostering a sense of belonging and keeping our community informed and excited about GRVT's developments.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with the Business Development (BD) and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) / Ambassador teams to ensure that partner content is effectively integrated and resonates within our core community channels. This synergy will amplify our reach and strengthen our ecosystem partnerships.
  • • To maintain consistency and clarity, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining lightweight, yet effective, documentation. This includes channel guidelines, examples of our desired tone-of-voice, and recurring playbooks that empower community moderators and ensure a unified brand experience.
  • • Beyond daily management, you will be instrumental in driving community growth. This involves designing, launching, and managing robust ambassador and community programs. Your mission will be to transform engaged users into passionate advocates who actively contribute to GRVT's success. You will identify and cultivate power users, emerging advocates, content creators, and potential moderators, building a strong foundation of community leaders.
  • • You will also conceptualize and execute community campaigns and growth experiments, working closely with the Campaigns owner to maximize impact. Developing and refining onboarding flows will be critical to converting new members into active, long-term participants, ensuring they understand the value and opportunities within the GRVT ecosystem.
  • • A key objective is to drive participation in trading events, campaigns, and broader ecosystem initiatives through targeted and creative community activation strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to user engagement and the overall health of our platform.
  • • Listening and extracting insights from the community is paramount. You will actively monitor sentiment and conversations across Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms. By tracking recurring questions, objections, and innovative ideas, you will transform raw community feedback into structured, actionable insights for the Marketing, Product, and BD teams.
  • • You will be encouraged to experiment with new community formats, engagement mechanics, and programming. Sharing your findings—both successes and failures—with the team is vital for continuous improvement and innovation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for surfacing critical community signals that can inform our messaging, product development roadmap, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • • Operational excellence is expected. You will work closely with the Content & Communications Lead to ensure GRVT's narrative and product roadmap are effectively communicated and brought to life within community channels. Collaboration with the Campaigns owner will be essential to support campaign pushes, trading events, and growth experiments, ensuring a cohesive strategy.
  • • You will also coordinate with KOL and BD teams to align on community moments tied to strategic partnerships and product launches, ensuring maximum visibility and impact. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to drive consistent growth in engaged community members, increase participation and retention in key initiatives, and translate community feedback into tangible improvements across messaging, product, and campaigns.
