- • As a Community Manager at Air Apps, you will build, grow, and engage the user community across forums, social media, and user groups, fostering a positive and inclusive environment that enhances user experience and strengthens brand loyalty.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute community engagement strategies, manage and moderate online platforms, respond to user inquiries, organize events and webinars, collaborate with marketing and product teams, analyze engagement metrics, identify brand advocates, maintain community guidelines, and escalate issues when necessary.
- • Air Apps is a family-founded, self-funded company headquartered in Lisbon with offices in San Francisco, dedicated to creating the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP), serving over 100 million users globally through innovative, user-centric solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in community strategy, user engagement analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and brand advocacy, while contributing to a mission-driven product that empowers entrepreneurs and individuals worldwide.
