Community Outreach Representative - Field Remote - Must live in San Joaquin, Merced or Stanislaus County

📋 Description

• • As a Community Outreach Representative, you will serve as the face of Alignment Health Plan in your assigned market, driving local brand awareness and generating qualified leads through grassroots efforts to support seniors and chronically ill individuals in San Joaquin, Merced, or Stanislaus Counties.
• • Day to day, you will meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead goals by organizing and attending community events such as health fairs, senior center presentations, church gatherings, and food bank outreach; cultivating relationships with community influencers; educating doctors and prospects about Alignment Health’s benefits; distributing approved marketing materials; and submitting weekly activity reports.
