- • The Company Secretarial Assistant role at Tide Platform Limited is a vital support function within the Company Secretariat team, ensuring high governance standards and compliance across an international group of entities. This role is essential for maintaining accurate corporate records, supporting board and committee operations, and enabling smooth statutory and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing agendas and minutes for board and committee meetings, assisting with statutory filings and maintenance of company registers, supporting the setup and onboarding of new legal entities (including documentation, KYC, and internal approvals), and contributing to corporate transactions and employee equity administration. The role also involves managing group structure documentation such as director changes and resolutions, maintaining accuracy across governance platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Diligent, Ledgy), and improving CoSec processes through streamlining documentation and invoice management.
- • The Company Secretariat team operates within Tide’s global infrastructure, supporting entities across the UK, India, Germany, France, and beyond. Based in Sofia, Bulgaria, the team is part of a diverse, high-performing workforce of over 2,500 Tideans worldwide.
