- • The Compensation Analyst is an established professional contributor responsible for independently managing moderately complex projects and assignments within the compensation function, playing a key role in ensuring competitive, equitable, and strategically aligned pay practices across the organization.
- • Day to day, the person will independently administer compensation programs and policies (base pay, incentive, equity), conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses, support the annual compensation planning cycle, develop and present compensation reports and dashboards, provide guidance on job offers and promotions, maintain job architecture frameworks, participate in compensation surveys, and collaborate to resolve complex compensation issues.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant compensation or HR experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and scope.
- • Strong expertise in market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
- • Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments.
- • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- • Effective communication and influencing skills, including the ability to explain compensation concepts to different teams.
