- • As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Connexus Credit Union, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration, compliance, and analysis of total rewards programs that directly impact employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of benefits and compensation services to a distributed workforce across all 50 states.
- • Day to day, you will administer health and welfare and retirement benefit plans, maintain Workday configurations for compensation and benefits, support payroll integration and audit processes, produce reports for compliance and decision-making, and provide guidance to employees and leaders on total rewards inquiries.
