📋 Description

• • As a Compensation Partner at Stripe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s compensation strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top-tier talent in a competitive global market.
• • Day to day, you will implement Stripe’s rewards philosophy, partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and Executives on compensation matters, conduct market data analyses to benchmark pay ranges, and ensure compensation programs are clearly communicated and understood across all levels of the organization.
• • You will join Stripe’s Compensation Team, a strategic function within the broader People organization that designs and administers compensation programs to empower Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet by building a world-class workforce.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global compensation strategy, strengthen your analytical and influencing skills, and gain experience advising senior leaders in a high-growth, technology-driven environment while contributing to scalable, equitable, and market-competitive pay practices.
